Suffering Ends for Office Floor

The wood floor in this Dalton, Georgia home office had seen better days but now the future is looking brighter. Sliding furniture, rolling office chairs and perhaps a lot of trips to the coffee pot, had wore the protective finish right off of this oak floor. Once the protection was gone, the wood itself began to wear away and it became discolored. Eventually, the only help for it would be to just replace it.

This floor did not need to be replaced and could have been sanded for best results, but the time required to sand and refinish was not an option for this homeowner. We got very good results in one day without the mess and expense of re-sanding.
